Witnessing Acoustic Door Fire Testing

In the initial episode, the IAC team of Paul & Scott met with Claudio to view and discuss acoustic product solutions for the new Doctor Mix studio.  We can now find out how the project progresses and what’s in store for Claudio on his journey to complete his dream music studio.

In this next episode featuring IAC Acoustics, Paul invites Claudio to come and witness a fire testing of an IAC Acoustic double doorset:

“Wow what an experience, I cannot believe how crazy hot that fire was!!!”

Paul is joined by Kristian, from the IAC Acoustics engineering team, who have been busy developing the new Rw50dB acoustic fire door to EN 1634 European Fire Standards.  The fire test brings together months of engineering and design development, into a very hot furnace!
