IAC acquires Hodgson Acoustics . . .

We are pleased to announce that the assets of Hodgson Noise Control have been acquired by IAC Acoustic Company UK Ltd (IAC). We have registered a new company, Hodgson Acoustics Company, employing the highly experienced and dedicated team from the former company.

IAC Acoustics are world leaders in providing acoustic enclosures and quality noise control solutions. Founded in 1949, IAC has divisions in the UK, Germany, Denmark, China and Australia, together with a world-wide representative footprint. Our shareholders are a privately owned engineering group who continue to support our organic, and acquisition growth strategy.

Hodgson Acoustics (formerly Hodgson Noise Control) is a company that has a rich and respected name within the acoustic and noise control industry. The range of products and services provided by Hodgson compliment IAC’s as well as introducing customers and market sectors not traditionally served by IAC.

We intend that this new partnership between Hodgson Acoustics Company and IAC will benefit both Customers and Suppliers.  IAC has a wealth of engineering resources both in the UK and worldwide, with the luxury of an extensive accredited acoustic laboratory in China. Hodgson also has unique experience within the Industrial and Power markets, together with their skilled workforce and manufacturing capacity. This alliance will result in a greater capacity, range of skills and volume of work going through both companies.
