IAC Acoustics – We have moved….

Since its’ inception, IAC Acoustic Co. UK Ltd has grown significantly. Our established base in Winchester was becoming dated, and our landlord is looking to the opportunity for redevelopment of the area. 

With that in mind, we decided to search for a new location, with enough space to accommodate our continuing expansion. We have found some office space in Chandler’s Ford that is perfect for our business needs and 10 miles South of Winchester.  Very close to the M3 and M27, within walking distance from the local train station and close to Southampton Airport, the new location is ideal for easy access to main transportation routes. 

It’s a bright, collaborative workspace where our team will enjoy the ambience of the office environment. Modern furniture, open spaces and plenty of meeting rooms, quiet rooms and recreational space where our team, customers and suppliers will feel at home.  The only down-side is that the team (currently) are not able to work there. The UK rules around the Covid-19 pandemic mean that our staff are all working remotely. 

The IAC Acoustics team have adapted to working from their home environments, with the use of technology to maintain strong communications internally, and externally with our customers and specifiers, as well as our supply chain (all of whom have managed to keep production going).  Whilst the economy is suffering IAC Acoustics has been kept busy with enquiries and providing acoustic support to clients. We are preparing the way for a very productive and busy second half of 2020 as we slowly return to normality after the Coronavirus lockdown. 

Once a semblance of normal life returns, we will share more information with you about our recent achievements and new offices.
